JOT-Computing have been fixing computers for over a year now, and we now think it is time to start building and selling computers. We understand how fast computer technology is progressing, so we have devised the best solution. To advertise the specifications of our computers for sale on our site, whilst constantly monitoring our suppliers website for the specifications and most importantly, prices, of the parts required to build these computers, then, with each order, purchase the parts at the time of order, with next day delivery to us, we can then build and configure them and post them to you either the same day we receive the parts, or the next working day. This system guarantees you the best prices and the fastest delivery. The computer sales department of our website will be in action within the next week, so keep an eye out for our bargains!

JOT-Computing have recently rolled out adverts across facebook, covering Gretna to Carlisle. We hope this will bring in more calls, but at the very least, it has got us a lot more hits on this site, if you got here via facebook, please, look around, we are cheaper than PC world, and if you want to check, click here for our prices for services. Customer Feedback!

JOT-Computing.co.uk will soon have a feedback section. This section can be used to write about your views on JOT-Computing and it's staff. You can also post suggestions there too. The feedback will then be viewable on our site and we will consider any reasonable suggestions. In fact, having a feedback section on our site was a suggestion from one of our customers, so it should fit right in with our new and existing customers. Also, please remember that if you think your service from us was good, please recommend us to your friends, as most of our business comes from customer recommendations.

New Ticket support system.

JOT-Computing are proud to introduce you to our brand new support ticketing system. This new online service, provided by us, could help us help you solve your problems. If you have never used a support ticketing system before, it is basically where you send in your problem, for example, your computer is infected with a computer virus and JOT-Computing staff can view your 'ticket' and reply to it with support, for example, how to remove your computer virus. Or it could be used to arrange a time suitable to both you and a member of staff who can come and support you in whatever problem it is that you are facing. Of course, this will not be a replacement for the old fashioned telephone (which, by the way, our telephone has been acting up over the past few weeks), or email, which are still available, but is an easy way for both you and us to communicate.

Anyone can use our support ticketing system, which can be found by clicking on the support button to the left, or by clicking on the link in the above article.

JOT-Group are sorry to say that JOT-Music is currently unavailable, due to copyright restrictions. We are currently in the process of acquiring the rights to distribute the music that was listed there, due to a misunderstanding and as soon as we can, we will have everything running again.

The download links for our software are not currently working, due to tbofram trying to host our software. The links did not go to the correct places due to a typo, but now we have more bandwidth, we can host them ourselves.
